Pool Safety:
No running or diving in the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
Please note: A $50 damage waiver fee per stay is already added and charged to your total payment. The property insurance for your stay is provided through Waivo and is applied to ensure coverage for any accidental damages during your visit.
Guests bringing a boat or trailer: According to local city regulations, boats and trailers can only be parked on the property for up to 72 hours or 3 days, for short-term stays. After that, boats and trailers must be moved to a storage facility.
Please Note: There is a $25 per day charge for heating the pool during the months of November through March
