Step out back and the vacation starts. Spend the day floating in the heated private pool, shoot some pool hoops, and settle the score at cornhole, beer pong or giant Jenga. When the sun goes down, fire up the BBQ, eat together at the outdoor table, then gather around the fire pit for s'mores. The yard is fully fenced, so the kids can play while the grown-ups relax. 🌅

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home, heated private pool, fenced backyard, patio, fire pit, BBQ and all games. Garage access is by exterior keypad. Two owner's closets stay locked and are not accessible to guests.

We give our guests full privacy to relax and enjoy the home at their own pace. We're always available by message for anything you need — and you can count on a fast response any time. 🙏

🏊 POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee and
must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

Please note that while the heater works to raise water temperature
by 8–12°F, we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature as
performance depends on outdoor conditions. On colder nights (below
55°F), the heater may struggle to maintain warm temperatures.

Pool heating is strongly recommended October through April. May
through September the pool naturally retains heat without
assistance.
