– No food or glass items in the hot tub; close the cover when not in use.
– Only flush toilet paper—no other items (including flushable wipes, paper towels, or feminine products).
– No parties or events allowed.
– Only registered guests may stay overnight; no unregistered guests without prior approval.
– Adhere to check-in and check-out times (unconfirmed late check-outs may incur a fee).
– Do not rearrange the furniture.
– Please keep shoes off the furniture.
– Ensure all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating are turned off when not in use.
– Dispose of all trash in designated bins and recycling as appropriate.
– Report any damage immediately.
