Please Note: There is a $25 per day charge for heating the pool during the months of November through March. Pool heat must be requested in advance of arrival and will be charged for the full duration of the stay once activated.
🚤 Dock & Boat Slip Notice
Please note that the dock is currently under repair.
The dock is still usable for general access; however, it is warped at this time, and the boat slip is not functional. Guests may still enjoy the canal-front setting, kayaking, and water views, but boat docking at the slip is unavailable until repairs are completed.
Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, canalfront area, kayaks, and all amenities. Smart lock self check-in for easy arrival.
We respect your privacy but are always available by message or phone. Our local support team is nearby for quick assistance and recommendations.
Quiet, desirable canalfront neighborhood in Palm Coast with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. Perfect for boating, fishing, and relaxing, while still close to beaches, golf, and restaurants.
A car or boat is recommended for getting around Palm Coast and Flagler Beach.
Guests can easily access nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping by car.
For boaters, the canal provides quick access to the Intracoastal Waterway once dock repairs are complete.
Kayaks can be launched directly from the property for exploring the surrounding waterways.
Bike trails, parks, and local attractions are all within a short drive.
🐶 Pets welcome with approval — $250 fine for damage or excessive mess, please clean up after your pets and their POOP.
🚭 No smoking indoors — $500 fine
🔇 Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM — $300 fine for disturbances

👤 Primary renter must be 25+ and present
🚪 Keep doors and windows closed while AC is running — guest responsible for HVAC damage
