You're staying in Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, a gated oceanfront community in the Hammock area of Palm Coast. This barrier island stretch of Florida's coast runs between the Atlantic and the Intracoastal Waterway. The beach here is wide, clean and much quieter than the busy public beaches, so it's a peaceful home base that's still central to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona.

Guests have the entire home to themselves, including all three floors, the private pool, game room and third-floor bar. You'll also get access to Cinnamon Beach community amenities: the pools, hot tubs, fitness center and beach boardwalk. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, and gate and amenity access details are sent before arrival.

Cinnamon Beach is one of Palm Coast's most sought-after oceanfront communities: gated, quiet and family-friendly, with resort pools, a fitness center and a private boardwalk to the beach. You're surrounded by golf courses, nature preserves and the Hammock's local shops and restaurants. It's well suited to families and groups who want a resort setup with the space and privacy of a full home.

The beach, pools, hot tubs and snack bar are all a short walk from the house. Hop on the 2 beach bikes to ride the A1A coastal bike path. A car is recommended for Flagler Beach, Palm Coast shopping and groceries (~15 min), and day trips to St. Augustine. Closest airports: Daytona Beach (DAB) ~45 min · Jacksonville (JAX) ~1 hr 15 min · Orlando (MCO) ~1 hr 30 min.

🏊 POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available on request for an extra fee. Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in.

The heater raises the water temperature by 8–12°F, but we can't guarantee a specific temperature because it depends on outdoor conditions. On colder nights (below 45°F), the heater may struggle to keep the water warm.

Pool heating is strongly recommended from October through April. From May through September, the pool usually stays warm on its own.
