Welcome to your mountain sanctuary! This expansive property is all yours to explore, offering every amenity you could possibly need. You may never want to leave because everything you desire is right here.

The 3-level, 4-bedroom home (plus an open loft) is nestled on 5 acres of natural beauty. The long driveway is only partly paved (about a quarter); the rest is gravel and steep in places. Parking is available next to the house and on the lower level, which is the easiest to reach if you don't have a 4WD/AWD vehicle. The loft and the lower-level bedroom do not have their own bathroom.

For your convenience, the home is equipped with smart codes, allowing you to enter with a personalized code for the duration of your stay.

We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at ease during your stay. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer smart lock entrance access, so you can come and go with ease. House Rules

1. **No Smoking**: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of any cigarette butts properly.

2. **No Parties or Events**: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.

3. **Respect Neighbors**: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors.
4. **Max Occupancy**: 12 guests maximum. Sleeping spaces are 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and 4 single beds in the open loft.

5. **Check-Out Time**: Check-out is by 10 AM. Please ensure the property is left in good condition and all keys are returned.

6. **Clean Up**: Please clean up after yourself, including washing dishes and disposing of trash in the designated bins.

7. **Use of Hot Tub**: For safety reasons, please follow the posted instructions for the medicinal cedar hot tub. No glassware is allowed in the hot tub area.

8. **Outdoor Fires**: The patio fire feature is a propane fire table. Open wood fires are not permitted outdoors. Wood provided is for the indoor fireplace only. Turn the fire table off when you leave it unattended.

9. **Damage and Theft**: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.

10. **Parking**: Park only in designated areas. The driveway is long, steep and mostly gravel (only about 25% is paved). A 4WD/AWD or high-clearance vehicle is strongly recommended. If you don't have 4WD/AWD, park on the lower level.

11. **Security**: For your safety, the property is equipped with security cameras at entry points. These are not active inside the home.
