St. Augustine’s First Michelin Recognition: Where to Eat in 2026

In 2026, the Michelin Guide expanded into Northeast Florida for the first time — and St. Augustine showed up on the map. No restaurant here has earned a Michelin star yet, but four St. Augustine restaurants received official recognition: two Bib Gourmand awards (Michelin’s distinction for exceptional food at a good value) and two Michelin Guide recommendations.

If you’re staying in a vacation rental in St. Augustine, Palm Coast, or Flagler Beach, here’s where to eat — the newly recognized spots, plus the local favorites that have earned their reputation over decades.
