Located on Flagler Beach’s quiet south side, just across A1A from the sand. This stretch of coast is known for its laid-back surf-town charm, scenic ocean drives, and easy access to both Daytona Beach (south) and St. Augustine (north). Sunrise walks, pier dinners, and downtown’s eclectic mix of shops and cafés are all just minutes away — yet the neighborhood itself stays peaceful, residential, and family-friendly.
A car is recommended for exploring the wider area, though the home’s location makes the beach, pier, and several restaurants easily walkable. A1A runs directly in front of the property — perfect for bike rides up and down the coast. Daytona Beach International Airport is roughly 30 minutes south; Jacksonville International is about 90 minutes north.
Parking is located behind the home and is accessed from the side streets and alleyway running behind the property — not from the front of the house on A1A. Once you’ve parked, walk around to the front entrance to let yourself in using the smart-lock code we’ll send before check-in.
Inside the home you’ll find the garage door clicker, so after your first entry you’re welcome to pull into the garage for the rest of your stay if you prefer covered parking. The driveway and alley have room for multiple vehicles.
